Frequently asked questions
What is NoticeNorth?
NoticeNorth is an email digest of public procurement notices for small suppliers in the Nordics and the EU. It reads the official notice feed, groups notices by sector, and sends you the ones that fit your business.
Where does the data come from?
Notices come from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the EU’s official journal for public procurement, and, for Finland, from Hilma (hankintailmoitukset.fi), the national notice service. Each tender in a digest links to its full notice at the source. Further national sources may be added later and will be named on this site.
Does it cover every Finnish tender?
For Finland, the digest combines TED (above the EU thresholds) with national notices from Hilma. Sweden, Norway and Denmark are covered through TED only for now, so smaller national tenders there are not included yet.
How often are digests sent?
The free digest is weekly. Paid digests are daily on TED publication days, Monday to Friday. Paid digests are opening soon; join the early-access list to be told when.
How much does it cost?
The weekly digest is free. The Finland plan is €29 per month or €290 per year. The Nordics plan is €59 per month or €590 per year. Prices are shown in euros; VAT is handled at checkout where it applies.
What do you do with my email address?
It is used only to send the weekly digest you asked for and occasional short notes about NoticeNorth’s paid plans. We store your email, country, sector interest and the time you gave consent. We do not sell or share it. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I choose which sectors I see?
Yes. Sectors follow the EU’s CPV classification, for example IT & telecoms, construction, cleaning, health and energy. You choose a sector when you sign up and can change it later.
Is this legal or bidding advice?
No. NoticeNorth is an information service. Always read the full notice and the buyer’s documents before deciding to bid.
Which languages are the titles in?
English where the buyer supplied an English title, otherwise the original language, labelled as such.
