An information service
NoticeNorth summarises public procurement notices. It is an information service and not legal, financial or bidding advice. Notices can be incomplete, corrected or withdrawn by the buyer. Always read the full notice and tender documents on the official source before you act.
Data sources
Notice data comes from TED – Tenders Electronic Daily, © European Union, reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU on the reuse of Commission documents. Finnish national notices come from Hilma (hankintailmoitukset.fi), read through its public interface for value-added services; notice content is shown unchanged, and Hilma’s own terms apply to that data. Further sources, when added, are named on the site and used under their own terms. NoticeNorth is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the European Union.
Accuracy and availability
We aim for timely and accurate digests but give no warranty that every notice is included. The service may change or pause, for example when a source is unavailable.

The seller and service provider is NoticeNorth (sole trader), Haarlankatu 4 B 2, 33230 Tampere, Finland.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in euros, monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled at any time; the plan then ends at the close of the paid period. Paid digests are not yet open. Prices and terms will be restated at checkout.
Acceptable use
Digests are for your own business use. Please do not resell or republish them in bulk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, NoticeNorth is not liable for decisions made or bids lost on the basis of its digests. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
