Who is responsible
The data controller is NoticeNorth (a sole trader business operated from Finland), Haarlankatu 4 B 2, 33230 Tampere, Finland. Contact: hello@noticenorth.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, country and sector interest, entered in the sign-up form
- The time you gave consent, the wording you agreed to, and the page you signed up on
- No payment card data: payments, when they open, are handled by Stripe, which acts as a separate payment processor and controller for the payment details you give it (we receive only your email, plan and payment status)
Why and on what basis
To send you the weekly tender digest you asked for, and occasional short notes about NoticeNorth’s own paid plans. We do not send other marketing. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or writing to us.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and sign-up data is stored in Cloudflare (D1 database) on our behalf. Your email address and sign-up choices are also stored with our email service provider, MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, EU), which delivers the digest and handles unsubscribes, and, for paid plans, Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) as payment processor. Cloudflare and MailerLite act as processors under data processing terms. We do not sell your data and do not use it for anything other than the digest.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or for at most 24 months after your last sign-up or confirmation, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). Write to hello@noticenorth.com.
Tender data and personal data
The digests contain public procurement notices. We do not use contact-person details found in notices for marketing.
